Online marriage records
According to the statistics of the Dubai Court, in the year 2007, about 3,148 marriages were registered. Among them, 1,100 marriages between expatriates and 1,1585 marriages were between Emirati couples.

Requirements for fast marriage in Dubai:
- For nationals, the requirements include the presence of both spouses and their legal guardians, two Muslim witnesses, and their original passports.
- For expatriates, the Dubai residential visas are a must for both spouses. If the wife is on a visit visa, then the residence visa of her husband will be sufficient, with her medical reports. If the husband is visiting and the wife has a residence visa with her legal guardian, he must undergo a medical test.
- Considering a divorced wife or widower, evidence of such status is a must
- If the wife is a Muslim and her legal guardian is a non-Muslim, then a no-objection letter from the relevant consulate is required. A ratified statement on the wife’s social status by the ministry of foreign affairs is also needed.
