In the latest update of Instagram, a feature was added for the users to pin comments on their Instagram posts. This allows the users to take the most valuable comments from people for friends on their posts and move them to the top of the list. Instagram makes it possible for or users to pin up to 3 comments on one post. One thing here is that you can’t do is that you cant in your comments. So let’s proceed with the process to pin comments on the Instagram post with the help of the Instagram app for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
Steps to pin Instagram comments on iPhone or iPad
Step 1: First fall install and login to your Instagram app on your iPhone or iPad. After login click on the post for which you want to pin the comments.
Step 2: Once you open the post select the comments you want to pin. Now perform are short and slow swipe from the right to left across the government you want to pin. Be careful not to do this quickly or you will delete that comment.
Step 3: As a result in option will appear on the screen. Click on the pin icon in the menu that looks like a thumb. Now you will see the specific comment is moved to the top of the list. You can repeat the same steps to pin more comments.
Steps to pin Instagram comments on an android device
Step 1: Launch the Instagram app on your android phone and open the post on which you want to pin the comment.
Step 2: After that long press on the comment you want to pins and a list of the menu will appear on the screen.
Step 3: From the list click on the pin option and the comment will automatically move up to the top of the list of comments and will now feature a pin icon next to it. You can repeat the steps pin more comments.
If you want to unpin any of the pinned comments then again long press on the comment and click on the unpin option available there.
